Larry David’s (LD) Curb Your Enthusiasm is coming back for a ninth season!!!  The word around the internet is that ol’ LD, as he’s sometimes called, is seriously thinking about brining Curb Your Enthusiasm back to HBO.

So all of you who don’t have DirecTV, DISH, Comcast, Netflix, or Hulu go and get it so you can see ol’ LD and the gang there.

J.B. Smoove , who plays LD’s crazy buddy Leon on the show, told the Hollywood Reporter that LD asked him if he would “be available” to do the show.

And J.B. Smoove, who also tortures poor ol’ Kevin Hart there on Real Husbands of Hollywood, said “Hell yeah, I’ll do the damn thing for you LD.”

Ha, he really didn’t say that, but it was something like that. David Mandel also spoke to the Hollywood Reporter about Curb Your Enthusiasm returning to all those with cable and HBO.

Mandel was one of the executive producers on the show and he works on another one of my favorites, the VEEP.

Mandel told the Hollywood Reporter that he “would bet” all of his nickels, dimes, and dollars on LD and the gang coming back.

Ever since the show’s last season in 2011, LD has said that he wants to bring the show back and do another season.

Since the show’s last episode, LD has been quite busy. LD wrote and produced the 2013 movie Clear History.

He’s also wrote and produce the Broadway hit play Fish in the Dark, as well as playing Democratic Party candidate Bernie Sanders on Saturday Night Live.

Curb Your Enthusiasm aired for eight seasons from 2000 to 2011. The show centers around Larry David and his crazy doings around Hollywood during his semi-retirement after Seinfeld.

The show's main characters are Larry David, his wife Cheryl (played by Cheryl Hines), and their crazy friends Jeff (played by Jeff Garlin) and Susie (played by Susie Essman).

The show was nominated for four Emmys. In 2002, Curb Your Enthusiasm won a Golden Globe for Best Musical or Comedy TV Series.

And in 2003, Director Robert B. Weide won an Emmy for his directing on the show.
